Dear Brian,

An addition to your house is an exciting, challenging and sometimes daunting project. We decided to add a master suite to our one story ranch house by building up. We would like to thank you, Brian Vallee and all of the contractors at Vallee Construction who helped make our dream home a reality. Your professionalism, dedication, quality standards and creativity were outstanding.

We selected Vallee Construction for many reasons. You spent two hours walking though our house from attic to basement before submitting a bid. Your proposal was 10 pages, detailing the work to be done in each phase. You provided specifications for materials such as flooring and tile that we needed to purchase. The payment schedule was structured so that payment was due when work on a specific phase had been completed. That minimized the risk for both parties. And finally, Vallee Construction has an excellent reputation!

Admittedly, it was a very scary moment for us when on Labor Day 2007, our roof was literally ripped off and in the dumpster in the driveway. By Christmas, we had moved into our new master suite. Your advice to “stay two steps ahead of us” in ordering bathroom fixtures, flooring, tile and other materials was invaluable. It enabled the project to move forward quickly.

No project of this size is without problems and there were a few glitches. However, they were quickly resolved. Your responsiveness was key to solving the problems.

We thoroughly enjoy our “new” home. Several of our neighbors asked whether we tore down our old home and built a new one. We can’t think of higher praise!

When it came time for us to plan for a three room addition to our home, there was no doubt who we would use. They worked with us in the design stages offering sound advice and creative solutions. We’re sure you’re well aware; additions can be a stressful endeavor for a home owner to embark upon, but from the first time you sat down with us until the last piece of molding went up, you put us at ease, we could tell you really know your stuff and enjoy what you do. Our family now has a wonderful family room to spend time in together and John and I have a beautiful master suite to enjoy. We are reminded of what a great job your company did whenever we have company and get raving complements on the rooms.

We love our the new upstairs of our home and can't wait to start enjoying all of the hard that went into the renovation.

From the early stages of defining the project to the final stages of completion, Brian Glancy worked closely with us to make sure we were making the right decisions for our home in terms of quality and cost.

With 2 small children in the house, one of our biggest concerns was safety. Brian Vallee managed the renovation and maintained a very clean and safe working environment. Our two year old enjoyed meeting Brian so much, and refers to him as Brian the Builder! This meant a lot to us.
