Complete Renovation/Restoration Service:

Complete property renovation services include the total change out of all existing
finishes and furniture.  Floor by floor all carpeting and wall paper will be removed, all furniture will be removed from the guest rooms, all new materials will be received and stored in on site containers.  Materials that are being removed will be disposed of and promptly removed from the property.  Simultaneously ceiling tile and grid are replaced, walls are papered and  corner guards applied, then carpeting is installed in corridors
and guest rooms. Once all of  these items have been completed to the highest quality new furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories.
